Ciao all,

Welcome back to XXIV VII. May Issue. Wit a short hop to see la famiglia in Italy, then London and now I am back in Los Angeles it has been full steam ahead with my paintings as I focus away from HYPE A for the time being.

Remember when I mentioned in the last newsletter that I was working on a series of works since 2022 and that:

“all works will be announced in May on Instagram ?”

Well it happened!!!!!

I was very scared and excited to unleash this TAROT idea into the world. I gave birth to them, they are real now and now they are yours.

I also have another announcement - Commissions all down below. There are two price brackets at very affordable figures as I believe that art should be for all.

Dreams do come true but sometimes you have to work at them, nourish them, keep them secret before you share them.

ANNOUNCEMENT I

THE TAROT PAINTINGS

The Tarot brief:

Everything I have experienced thus far has led me to this moment. On a path of self discovery, recognition of shadow and light, acceptance of change.

I hope you love these paintings as much as I have enjoyed making them. My main aim in these works is for them to uplift you. I hope they take you on a journey of self discovery. For me these works have been a tool for invocation, to conjure up a specific archetype that I may wish to embody and integrate, they have helped me to manifest, to go deeper in my connection and co-creation with The Universe and its laws for an higher existence on this human plane.

I hope they make you wonder, help you escape into colour and its many tonalities and frequencies. I pray that they are positive reflections of your current state of being and if they are not, I pray they re-route you onto your highest path, with what is fated for you while still feeling in control of your destiny. In the same why that I paint with a planned and intentional execution, most times it is improvised, the paint gestures happen by chance which is also important to having open spaces for explorations, for breath and freedom.

Even in the darkest pit of hell there’s a light, the opposite is true, we are both. The hero explores the light and shadow on the journey, discovering fellows, friends and foe, creatures from other dimensions and entities creeping into the mind space pulling us off path. Find your integration, find your path, find your light and live your life, your truth with stories to share over and over again and again. This is my prayer.

MAY= We were on the precipice of something new, something great. Maybe this was a new job, a new venture, a new relationship. Last month I predicted a reunion. New energy, starting something new always holds hands with fear and courage doesn’t it? Falling forward, falling in love, on the edge of something about to begin. This takes guts.

JUNE= The poet speaks about romance, the whimsical, creativity. Is being more sensitive something that triggers you or is it something that can really open you up into your true being and into truer, deeper connections? The poet asks you to speak more from your heart space. Are you creative? Be more that. Are you spiritual? Be more that. Are you a romantic? Be more that. ‘I feel’ is your mantra for June. June brings a lighter energy than previous months where you have more “time” to indulge in the senses and your imagination starting from the heart space.

Welcome back to XXIV VII. April Issue. It’s been a month of art, making, catching up with friends in London Town and The Cotswolds.

Did we time leap?

As you know I was born and raised in Marylebone so obviously I dropped into my absolute favourite book shop for travellers, Daunt Books and my old haunt Soho for food, drinks, music and more.

An old project from 2022 was finally completed this month. Have a look on the website- Paintings, 2024. Title of the series and all works will be announced in May on Instagram.

Books:

Before the coffee gets cold, Toshikazu Kawaguchi. A novel about a coffee spot where love (of all types) from the past and future can be re-written.

Jitterbug Perfume, Tom Robbins. If you believe in Pan, Bohemia, True Love, time leaping and appreciate the whimsical prose-like reading by Robbins, this is the book!

Maktub, Paulo Coelho. A faithful companion to my all time favourite book, The Alchemist. A must read for those on a spiritual journey, internal enquiry and for those with a strong desire to live their dreams, passions and soul’s calling.

Thinking through Painting. Almost finished but will review for May.
