LA DIVINA COMMEDIA is a multidisciplinary body of work inspired by Dante Alighieri’s The Divine Comedy. Through painting, sculpture, original works on paper and writing, the project explores the symbolic passage through Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso as stages of transformation. Rooted in literature, mythology and alchemical symbolism, the works examine pilgrimage as a journey of destruction, purification and illumination, where material and spiritual experience become inseparable.
