METAPHYSICAL investigates the domestication of materials and objects, reflecting on their historical entanglement with interior space, lived experience, and forms of knowledge traditionally associated with the feminine.
Operating between painting and sculpture, the works occupy a liminal territory in which material, structure, and gesture converge. Within these configurations, form appears to press against its own containment, as the feminine emerges as a force attempting to extend beyond the constraints of a phallocentric framework. What unfolds is a field of tension in which enclosure, material memory, and embodied presence are continually negotiated.
