Shipping

Worldwide shipping available.

Shipping costs are calculated according to destination, artwork size and insurance.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes where applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Original artworks, commissions, bookings and digital services are non-refundable unless required by law or if an item arrives damaged or not as described.

Please contact us immediately if your artwork is damaged in transit.

Bookings & Services

Bookings for consultations, studio visits, talks, workshops and mentoring are confirmed upon payment.

Payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice (or whatever notice period you prefer). One reschedule may be permitted at your discretion.

Commissions

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Commission timelines and approvals will be agreed in writing before work begins.
